Sr. Analyst - HR Operations & Strategy

The Sr. Analyst – HR Operations & Strategy will be an HR professional with broad knowledge of HR functional areas and a desire to jump into a fluid & fast moving organization to help drive operational excellence and the execution of our HR strategy across the business.  

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Support managing the exection, reporting, and cadence of the HR Operating Plan
  • Development of talent insights leveraging existing tools & building new capabilities to support business decisions
  • Assists in the design, documentation, and communication of policies that align to J.Crew HR strategy & company cultural expectations; recommends & implements changes to current plans & policies to stay current with trends and in compliance
  • Assist the implementation of HR Operations & Strategies tools and systems, including employee communications platforms
  • Partner in the ownership of associate engagement / cultural work leveraging insights to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Own the coordination & launch of cross-HR projects and activities

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability and willingness to roll-up their sleeves, drive consistent execution of strategic plans, and, in general “make it happen” in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Nimble & flexible attitude and desire to jump in to a lean team, while building competencies to align with current & future business needs
  • Fluent understanding of data, analytics, and the ability to generate compelling insights from talent & related data sets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—a people person who builds and sustains relationships while driving tangible results
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience; preferably in a digital company, a transformation/turnaround environment or consulting
