We’ll expect you to…

  • Communicate our Mission, Vision and Values through your actions and activities and ensure the team follows suit.
  • Achieve key KPIs and hold the team accountable for delivering results.
  • Ensure work aligns with our strategic initiatives and leverage programs and resources across the HR team (regardless of location).
  • Design and implement recruiting and retention strategies.
  • Facilitate training sessions and tailoring presentations to the audience.
  • Conduct objective and detailed investigations, thoughtfully summarize findings and recommend go-forward actions.
  • Resolve grievances and complaints in a respectful manner that preserves dignity.
  • Share feedback, insights and ideas to promote critical thinking and generate new ideas.
  • Connect with the community to support public relations, recruitment and retention.
  • Maintain a robust network of talent to fill skill gaps and potential open positions and focus on developing future leaders.
  • Provide the Leadership Team with insights and recommendations to impact morale, engagement, development and retention.
  • Partner with Legal on EEO and other litigation and ensure that the facility is safe and OSHA compliant.
  • Create and administer budgets and optimize department payroll.


Oh, and by the way, you…

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combo of work and experience.
  • Have managed teams with at least 3+ years of experience.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced place and are flexible with responsibilities and schedule (with occasional travel).
  • Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds |18 kilos.
  • Can regularly move around the facility and be accessible to associates.
