Store Communications Associate




Manage the Intranet, Crewline, CrewConnect:

  • Maintains and updates the intranet ensuring all relevant information and distro lists are up to date and accurate.
  • Ensures content is balanced to reflect business priorities, store success stories, product education, and selling best practices. 
  • Promotes an environment of inclusion where feedback is welcomed.
  • Responds to inquiries in crewline in a timely manner and bubbles up common themes to the relevant business partners.
  • Utilizes CrewConnect to keep field teams informed and engaged by ensuring current, relevant content.


Administrative Support:

  • Coordinates with business partners to gather weekly communication to the field
  • Collects and pulls reporting as necessary
  • Posts Markdown & Promo Communication
  • Works with cross-brand partners to ensure any J.Crew Group communication is being streamlined.
  • Helps maintain the store’s planning calendars and supporting documents



  • Generates ideas, compiles communication, pulls and shares results, and distributes prizes (as necessary)
  • Ensures contests have a clear return on investment
  • Includes success stories and top performance in communication to celebrate field achievements and promote a culture of friendly competition
  • Supports and generates new ideas for field recognition programs



  • Supports logistical details of any video shoots
  • Supports video editing through asset gathering and design support
  • Supports product education as needed



  • Knowledge of Retail Operations and 3-5 years retail store experience required
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Strong written and verbal communication is critical
  • Strong people advocate
  • Interest in fashion, trends
  • Professional maturity and ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Detail oriented, organized, and the ability to multi-task
  • Independent, self-starter
