Pricing and Data Accuracy Analyst

This exciting position is ideal for a versatile thinker, with an analytical background who can change gears quickly to help navigate the continuously evolving retail industry and apply out of the box thinking to detect and solve different business problems around the topics of pricing, planning and testing in order to promote growth across all areas of the brand.


The Pricing and Data Accuracy Analyst will own and expand Omni-channel testing capabilities using third-party software that facilitates sophisticated statistical testing and will aid them in developing relevant, actionable strategies intended to mitigate risk in the Retail and Direct channels. The (Pricing) Analyst will develop a close relationship with multiple cross functional groups and play an integral role in communicating testing results starting from process organization through implementation and execution.


The Pricing and Data Accuracy Analyst will provide auditing reports on purchase order accuracy, style meta data accuracy and establish processes for 100% accuracy.


The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with a quantitative background and have an existing knowledge / interest in the modern retail environment. This individual should have an understanding of relational databases (like SAP HANA, Oracle and SQL Server) and excellent Excel (complex formula structure building & familiarity of VBA) and data analysis skills.  The Pricing and Data Accuracy Analyst must possess an intermediate skill set in SQL, R Studio or similar. A deeply curious mind and an aptitude for learning are essential for success. 



  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze newly developed tools and provide feedback aimed at optimizing tool functionality
  • Manage all pricing changes and promo pricing to support the business.
  • Audit merchant/ business data and ensure 100% accuracy in PO and Style data points.
  • Desire to independently research business processes and the ability to provide relevant ad hoc analysis as needed.
  • Ability and excitement to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that will broaden functional, personal, and technical skills.
  • Organized, accuracy and attention to detail.




  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferred majors: Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or Computer-Science
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (complex formula building & familiarity of VBA)
  • Intermediate knowledge or high interest of databases, SQL, R Studio and other BI tools (QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience or strong interest in retail planning, allocation or buying
  • Outstanding analytical skills, data driven mindset & solution-driven mindset
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics & data mining
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and be self-motivated
  • Ideally 1 year of analytics or business experience in retail (or related field inventory management, demand forecast or supply chain, finance, consulting, marketing or commensurate academic experience).
