This supervisor will help identify, develop, implement and evaluate Operational Excellence initiatives. This supervisor will manage a team of associates and leads. The position requires collaboration and coordination with a variety of departments and business owners throughout the facility in order to help identify, develop, and implement solutions targeting team and process development. This supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operations excellence initiatives, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting Operational goals and objectives.



  • Create and maintain Continuous Improvement Initiatives through a variety of formats to include but not be limited to Kanban and A3 resources
  • Coordinate and maintain Operational Awareness of IQA Directives
  • Monitor Perfect Order Fulfillment Objectives
  • Lead and Assist in Kaizen events
  • Create, Analyze and maintain accurate reporting
  • Actively track, solve and reduce defects
  • Support all safety measures and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates
  • Maintain Effective Communication with all necessary contacts
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by Manager/Director



  • A two-year or four-year College Degree in management, business administration or related study, or two to five years of related field experience
  • Knowledge of DC operations, merchandise flow, and processing
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Experience with implementing LEAN tools and participating in Kaizen resolutions
  • Experience Training preferred
  • Proven ability to prioritize, self-start and drive multiple projects on a tight timeline
  • Willingness to adapt in an ever-changing environment with positive approach to new challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to read, interpret and communicate policies
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS (RedPrairie)
